FOIA Complaint Dismissed Against ZS Client

On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission dismissed a complaint brought against the Westport Library Association. In dismissing the complaint, the Commission agreed with the Library's position that it was not a public agency subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Attorneys Heather R. Spaide and Courtney A. George represented the Library in this matter.
