Overview

Wyatt is an associate at the firm practicing in the areas of litigation, municipal law, land use, and labor & employment.

Wyatt received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2024, where he clerked for Judge Ammons and for several respected law firms in North Carolina, including Daugherty Law and Kushner & Kushner, P.C. During law school, he was a member of the Student Bar Association's Health and Wellness Committee. He received his B.A. in Economics and Business, magna cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College in 2021, where he competed as a varsity football player and was a member of the leadership fraternity Omicron Delta Kappa and the Student Athlete Mentors program.

Prior to joining the firm, Wyatt was an Associate Attorney at Mainstay Law, where he represented injured workers. During his time at Mainstay, he sharpened his skills as a litigator taking and defending depositions, drafting briefs and motions, and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Wyatt is excited to bring that experience to the firm to best serve the needs of its clients.

Wyatt is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Department of Labor Joint Bar Association, and the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group.

Wyatt was raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Roanoke, Virginia, and now resides in Hartford, Connecticut. He is an Eagle Scout, and in his free time enjoys hiking, watching sports, and CrossFit.
