Overview

Jeremy is an associate at the firm practicing in the areas of municipal law, appellate practice, zoning, and land use law.

Jeremy received his J.D. magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac School of Law, where he served as the research and symposium editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. His student note was published in 2025, in the 43rd Issue of the Quinnipiac Law Review and more recently published an article in Thomson Reuters' Zoning and Planning Law Report. During his time in law school, Jeremy also served as the ABA Representative of the Student Bar Association, Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society and a member of numerous other student organizations such as the Quinnipiac University Climate Survey Committee and the American Bar Association Law Student Division Election Committee. He received his B.A. in Political Science and his B.S. in Economics as well as a minor in History from Quinnipiac University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Before law school, Jeremy worked at the Town of North Haven Department of Public Works, where he helped secure funding for the department and collaborated with Blight Officers to address the need for blight remedy within the town. Additionally, he conducted ADA compliance audits on municipality-owned buildings and participated in community programs to promote recycling within the town. Since beginning his legal career, he has continued to work with municipal governments to address their legal needs. With over four years of experience working with municipal governments, Jeremy is experienced with drafting ordinances, contracts, and legal opinions tailored to each municipality’s needs. Jeremy currently serves as Town Attorney for the Town of East Haddam, assistant town attorney for several municipalities, and Special Counsel to the City of New Britain with a focus on land use and real estate matters. Additionally, Jeremy has argued before the Connecticut courts and administrative agencies, achieving favorable decisions, as well as conducting research and drafting briefs for matters before the Connecticut Supreme Court and Connecticut Appellate Court.
