Maryanne D. MacIsaac

Overview
Maryanne is an associate practicing in the areas of municipal and government law, foreclosures, land use, zoning, planning, and environmental regulation.
Maryanne received her J. D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2025, where she served as a Staff Member and Publication Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. Her student note was published in 2024, in the 43rd issue of the Quinnipiac Law Review.
During her time in law school, Maryanne interned with the Honorable Phillip Hom at the Supreme Court of Queens County in New York, where she worked on a variety of civil matters, including foreclosure, contracts, bankruptcy, and matrimonial actions. She also interned at the City of Waterbury’s Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she supported the litigation department on various municipal matters, including tax, restitution, constitutional issues, personal injury, and education.
She also served as the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, a peer mentor for incoming law students, and a member of the club soccer team.
She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Manhattan University in 2020, where she majored in English and French and minored in Peace & Justice Studies.
Prior to law school, Maryanne worked as a high school French teacher in Brooklyn, New York and legal recruiting assistant in Manhattan. During her free time, Maryanne enjoys kickboxing, running, going to concerts, and spending time with her cat, Clemmie.
